2-stroke Engine for Small Mechanization
Böhm, Milan ; Píštěk, Václav (referee) ; Rauscher, Jaroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis includes progress constructional design of 2 - stroke engine for small mechanization, using modern tools of computer aided design. In the first part is mentioned short summary contemporary types small mechanization with 2 - stroke engines. Follows part devoted conceptual design with calculation of the main dimensions of engine cylinder. After assesment strength load of cranked mechanism, is effected stress analysis of connection rod, whose design and modeling is part of work, how by the help of analytical figures from appropriate literature so by final element method. Last part of those work is estimation results with presentation parameters, which affect power of 2 - stroke engines for small mechanization.
Piston for 96kW 4-stroke SI-engine
Josefíková, Kateřina ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor`s thesis will deal with calculating suggestion and structural solution piston for 4-stroke petrol engine. Next then determination basic dimensions engine and crak mechanism. On the basis empirical detail will determine basic dimensions piston. For designed kinematics crank mechanism will perform fort control critical sectin piston
SI Engine Con-rods Computational Comparison
Vetešník, Pavel ; Ambróz, Richard (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
Diploma work is focused on computational comparison of con-rod of spark ignition four-cylinder engine with volume 1289 cubic centimeters and con-rod of spark ignition three-cylinder engine with volume 1198 cubic centimeters. 3-D models of inspected con-rods were based on real shape. Force loads effects were established after kinematic and dynamic analysis. Stress analysis was made for these force loads effects in selected cases with help of Finite element method. Two con-rods were compared by using of these results.
Six-cylinder in-line diesel engine with cylinder deactivation
Novosád, Ivan ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
Master 's thesis deals with design of a drivetrain of six cylinder inline engine with cylinder deactivation for heavy agricultural vehicles. In this thesis were devised various possibilities of crankshaft balancing, the best design solution of counterweight was based on optimization in software Catia. Further, the crankshaft was analysed for force and momentum loading and torsional vibration, based on which, the torsional vibration damper was designed. There were considered several options for cylinder deactivation, which were analysed for finest run of engine and the best thermal distribution. Based on these criteria, the best option was to deactivate 2nd and 5th cylinder. The crankshaft was analysed for the fatigue failure by finite element method. The fatigue failure is the most dangerous case for the crankshaft, the resulting safety factor for this limit state is 3,05.
Rolling guide of slide
Kosar, Jakub ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with the design of rolling guide of slide for mechanical press with clearance setting option. It provides guide view used for presses. It analyses individual types of guide and indicates their use. It shows the operating for design and control rolling guide and its parts, especially roller, roller pin, bearing and adjustable wedge.
Piston for 66kW 4-stroke CI-engine
Mikulka, Václav ; Dundálek, Radim (referee) ; Svída, David (advisor)
The content of this baccalaureate work is to make computational proposal and constructional design of the four-stroke diesel engine piston. At the beginning it shortly describes the piston as a part of a piston assembly, basic constructional design of pistons for diesel engines, piston material and the way of production. Further there is a proposal of basic engine dimensions and the crank mechanism. Then there is an elaborated piston dimension on the basis of empirical data. At the end of the work there is a calculation of critical piston cross-sections calculated according to given process of the indicator diagram and designed kinematics of crank mechanism.
Piston for 77kW 4-stroke CI-engine
Štol, Michal ; Svída, David (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
Annotation Michal Štol Piston of 4-stroke supercharged diesel engine for passenger car ÚADI, 2008, 39 pages., 18 images. In this bachelor works we will focus on description of piston’s group mostly, with characteristic properties and sorts of production. Further, we will make basic design of piston with strenght control of critical piston intersections. Then we can make drawings of individual part of piston.
Piston Modification for Suzuki Swift 1,3 GTi 4-stroke SI-engine
Bastl, Ondřej ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Svída, David (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is engaged in a piston modification of engine type G13B of vehicle Suzuki Swift 1.3 GTi. The aim of my work is to perform changes of some dimensions of the piston, while complying with some of the main dimension, to increase its stress resistance and the engine’s power. Strength calculation for the piston to last during the whole service life of the engine is an indispensable part of this work.
Theory of pneumatic car design
Stodolák, Martin ; Robenek, Dětřich (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
This thesis covers the theoretical solution of the compressed air powered vehicle. The first section describes the competition of the compressed air powered vehicles, that is annually held in Hungary, where the idea for such a car design was created. There are also additional descriptions of the construction of the machines from the hungarian competition. In the second section there is a calculation of the chosen vehicle construction, where the main emphases is based on the calculation of the drive of the vehicle. The description of the manufacturing, tests and vehicle presentation follows.
Two-cylinder petrol engine with eccentric crank mechanism for passenger vehicles
Freisleben, Pavel ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
This thesis deals with forces of the crank mechanism. The aim of this work is to find the right value of the eccentricity of the crank mechanism, which will have a positive effect on the size and course of forces that cause friction losses in the crank mechanism. Next solves this balancing eccentric unit. The last part deals with the design and strength check of the crankshaft considering torsional vibration.
